- Worked with Angular + C# based web application for a leading US investment bank & was promoted with the highest rating 'A' consecutively for the last 2 years.
- One of the few client facing developers in the project which entailed communicating directly with the client scrum master & project owners to translate project requirements and business objectives into polished user interfaces.
- Developed an automated email functionality reducing the time consumed by relationship managers in connecting with the clients up to 70%.
- Trained 4+ new associates providing guidance and assistance with the onboarding as well as their development using knowledge of company processes and software languages.
- Performed code reviews and participated in design discussions.
- As part of people management group organized and participated in badminton tournament, multiple HR initiatives and fun activities.
- Specific point of contact for multiple ad-hoc activities at project level.
- Won "Star of the sprint" by vote from customer product owners & team members.
- Won "On the Spot" award for initiative and active participation in multiple activities.
- Runner-up for TCS Ideathon to present innovative ideas. Won 4th place amongst the whole banking and financial sector within TCS. In turn presented my idea to upper management for implementation.

The Silver Lining
The silver lining is a web page for movies, anime or show reviews to let the user choose their new binge watching session. The web-page is still under development. Related instagram account attached at the end. Future plan is to include proper sign-up for users to save their favourites.

The Code Kitchen
The code kitchen gives the user a basic understanding of html5 & css3. At the top of the site you can see challenges, interview questions and a navigation for coding memes. This site will keep getting updated over time with more challenges, interview questions & obviously with memes.

Agile Work Board
This project is just getting started. Project plan is to create a dashboard for agile activites which will come in handy for agile squads. The main aim of this project is to simplify the life of scrum masters and help them during agile ceremonies like scrum, story pointing, etc.
